Terms & Conditions

  1. Scope of Services
    Scope Consulting provides counseling, coaching, and wellness support services via secure online platforms and in person sessions. We do not provide medical diagnosis or treatment unless specifically stated and provided by a licensed practitioner.

     

  2. Eligibility
    Clients must be at least 18 years old (or have written parental/guardian consent) and legally able to enter into a binding contract in their jurisdiction.

     

  3. Confidentiality & Privacy
    We protect your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. However, confidentiality may be broken in cases of imminent risk of harm to self or others, or as required by law.

     

  4. Technology Requirements
    Clients are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and private environment during online sessions.

     

  5. Fees & Payment
    Fees are due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. Non-payment may result in suspension of services.

     

  6. Cancellation & Rescheduling
    All cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing to scopeconsultingcounselling@gmail.com

    More than 24 hours’ notice:
    Cancellations or rescheduling requests made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund, subject to availability.

    Less than 24 hours’ notice:
    Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment are considered late and will be charged the full session fee.

    No-shows:
    If you miss your scheduled session without prior notice or communication, it will be recorded as a no-show, and the full session fee will apply.
