Mainstream children with behavioural challenges and mental health including disorders such as anxiety, depression, self esteem issues using cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) techniques to support emotional growth, behavioral change, and resilience.

BEHAVIORIAL SUPPORT
Experience in working with neuro diverse children including autism and behavioral challenges.

Intercultural communication and conflict resolution, with experience across international settings.

TRAINING &
DEVELOPMENT
Experience designing and delivering training programs in counseling techniques and mental health support for adults.
SCHOOL MENTAL
HEALTH PROGRAMS
Designing and delivering engaging, age-appropriate mental health educational modules for elementary, middle, and high school students. Topics include coping skills, emotional regulation, friendships, puberty, anxiety, body image issues, self esteem, digital wellness and building resilience.

I actively nurture my own well-being—something I believe makes me a more grounded and present counselor.
You might find me energizing my spirit through Zumba, soccer, aqua boxing and cycling, maintaining balance by working out by myself or with my teens, expanding my perspective by reading or recharging by simply spending time with friends and family.

I deeply believe that nourishing our bodies through regular movement like exercise, mindful eating, prioritizing restful sleep, and nurturing our social connections aren't just healthy habits – they are essential building blocks that create a strong, resilient foundation for our emotional well-being, helping us navigate life's challenges with greater clarity and strength.
